Really good Stay with Great Amenities

convenient location water access pastry service

The hotel has a super convenient location. Access to the steamer and filtered water was a great touch. The morning coffee and pastry service made my day (I am a big coffee lover!).

The hotel is located in a dark alley, making it feel unsafe for evening walks.

adequate stay with a few drawbacks

cramped room missing amenity

the room felt quite cramped. getting into bed from only one side was inconvenient. also, the lack of a coffee machine in the room, despite it being shown in the photos, was disappointing. the corridors were noisy at night too!

elevator noise cramped room

i was pretty annoyed by the noise. i could clearly hear the elevator running all night from my room. also, the room felt really cramped. there wasn't much space to move around, and the layout seemed poorly planned. i think i expected better for the price i paid.

solid stay near everything

good view comfy bed close station

i liked the location as it was near chinatown. nYu's Paulson Center and subway stations were close. the room offered a good view of the city, even while facing the alley. the bed was super comfy for resting after long days.

the morning coffee i tasted wasn't my preference.

the team was generally helpful. rocky made sure i got coffee and a pastry each morning, which i liked. this small gesture makes a BIG difference, especially when you need a quick start to the day.
